Alright, this tournament's details would be:

16 Entries. Will take up to 4 reserves in case of droupouts.
Classic map of course.
Standard game type.
Sequential Turn Order.
Flat Rate Bonus Cards.
Chained Fortifications.
No fog of war.
Premium not required.

Here's how the bractes will be.
4 games of 4. The first one to be eliminated in each game is out. There will be 12 people left.
3 games of 4. First one eliminated in each game is out. There will be 9 people left.
3 games of 3. First eliminated in each game is out. There will be 6 people left.
2 games of 3. First eliminated in each game is out. There will be 4 people left.
2 games of 2. The winner goes on.
1 game of 2. Winner is declared that game.

What's the tournament "body"? What kind of games (how many players in each game)? How many games have to be played at once and overall? How is the winner decided?

Standard with 16 implies that it is a 1 vs 1 tournament.

It might also mean 4 groups of 4 player. There are various possibilities to run a tourney with 16 players
