Tournament for Organizers
Anybody interested in making a tourney just for us, the tourny organizers?

I want to clarify something really quick.
soundout9 did an excellent job in organizing a fun tournament using private games for the members of this forum. BaldAdonis was the winner, and I believe that everyone enjoyed themselves quite a bit. That said, it was a private tournament, carried out within the confines of this very forum.
I have no problem with you having another fun In-Forum tournament like that, but you have to understand 2 things first: 1. This is not a competitive clan/usergroup in any way shape or form, so I don't want anyone making challenges to other groups in the name of the Tournament Organizers and 2. It is a private tournament, not a public one, therefore you will not receive tournament privileges to run it.
A tournament that requires the participants to be tournament organizers is not considered public, and won't be. So, in conclusion, run a fun tournament like soundout9's from time to time, I have absolutely no problem with that.

Or, we can make a tourny in the public forums, and make it invite only. Then, we can invite all of the tourny orginizers, and it wouldn't be a tourny that is specificaly(spell) made for us, but if you looked close enough you would realize that this is the case. Just an idea, would have to have OP's approval though.

Already went through this with the creator of the Solar System map. We will not allow a tournament to have privileges that only is filled by invitation. That is a direct fulfillment of the definition of a private tournament. If a tournament has invitations to specific players it also has to have a significant portion open to the general public.iamkoolerthanu wrote:Or, we can make a tourny in the public forums, and make it invite only.
