Bah, in that case obviously both side would try to recruit Koesen, and if it's anything like Atlaklak Koesie gets to decide.
So the question is, do you really want to leave it up to him and take the chance of finding him on the other side?

FOS Talapus. Your talk appears scummy to me. All I know is I'm pro-town like some people were in exile's game, whilst others were connected to a particular god like I was to the god of fircoal, which was a scum role.

Given Firth's track record as day cop, I can't blame anybody for following his lead, but I have to say I'm surprised that he got a third party result.

I guess under the circumstances, the only thing you will want to hear from me, is a claim. I am the Unnamed Sister of Mary. As a relatively anonymous character, I have few powers to speak of, but as a blood relative of Jesus, I am not entirely without Divine Protection.

I prefer to keep my limited powers to myself for now, as I feel it would help scum more than town if I revealed them. But if you insist, I suppose I won't have much of a choice

I can't explain the third party thing, except perhaps for my relative anonimity. I'm clearly not one of the main characters in the battle between good and evil. Nevertheless, my pm lead me to believe I was squarely on the right side. If I'm Third Party, I'm not sure I want to face the first two ones

Lynch me if you have to. As I said, with Firth's performance on Day One, I can't blame you. But you won't gain anything from it. Besides, my Divine Protection may bring about a surprise here, and the way it's phrased in my pm leaves it unclear whether that surprise will be favourable or negative for town.

The only thing I can add, is that I may be the victim of a diabolical busdriver or something of the kind. Which I suppose you won't believe until you lynch me and find out.

By the way, none of the above is a literal quote from my pm (just adding that since some people have recently questioned my description of my town roles

)

By the way, I do disagree, in this game and in all others, with the unquestioned assumption that third parties always need to be lynched. When I was a recruiter in the Civil War mafia, it was immensely frustrating to see all recruitable people get lynched and nightkilled before I got to them.

There are three possibilities:

1. You are lying by claiming a role that no one could dispute (unknown sister of Mary [I'm assuming it's Virgin Mary and not Mary Magdeline

]) and that you are something that is actually quite harmful to town, hence your reluctance to share much information.

2. You have been led to believe you're pro-town, but as things unfold, you my turn out to be a very dangerous third party (anti-Christ maybe?) or something of the like.

3. You're telling the truth and/or you turn into a very valuable pro-town member eventually.

Anyway, I'm withholding my vote until further discussion. A quick lynch can be dangerous.

The way koesen describes his 'Divine Protection' worries me. He makes it sound like a bomb or maybe a beloved princess kind of ability that kicks in when he's lynched. This is however an easy way to scare people off from voting you if you're scum, so I'm not completely convinced. The role-name seems genuine though. I'll believe he's indeed the Unnamed Sister of Mary, but I'm not sure about his alignment.

Mandy, how sure are you that both sides can recruit people? The mechanics of this game don't appear to be anything like the Athalalakata game, so I'm not convinced.

If you're sure, it might be better to let whoever is the recruiter for god try to recruit koesen, and only lynch him if that fails. Only thing I haven't worked out is how he can let us know whether the recruitement failed or not... Would this work?

PS: I just noticed in the preview that I got fastposted by both god AND satan, and they're both telling us to leave him alone. This makes it even more confusing. After these messages, I'm not voting for koesen. I'm also definately not voting firth though.

Ok, so we both got those 2 gods NOT wanting to lynch koesen..It does in fact mean that he is almost probably third party.

We then got firth, one of them wants him out, the other don't. He has proved himself useful for now, I don't see why we should go after him.

Wow. I have TWO Gods behind me. I didn't expect that, I must confess. I am Koesen, feared by mortals, loved by the Gods!

The (deliberately vague) way my role pm is phrased leads me to believe I am not a bomb, by the way, though I can't be completely sure. I asked for clarification and was told I know everything I need to know at this point.

First god must be Satan, as he wants us to kill our day cop. That leaves the second god being the good one and he strongly defended Koesen.

I think Satan was not defending you. His priority is simply Firth for now. Considering that Firth is day cop, this is logical. Satan wants to get rid of a threat for him.
