Deadbeats armies left in a game

After playing several games the deadbeats are leaving a mess behind for the other players who have to deal with someone who left their armies. I am suggesting that the deabeat armies be reduced to start of game levels if that number is more than three(3) on a country.

I'm not too keen on this idea. Large amounts of neutral armies add to the strategy involved in getting rid of your opponents.

I voted to leave it as it is. If someone deadbeat out of the game they become neutral. Their armies should stay the way they are.
