I'm just curious how people from other parts of the world like their food. Being from south Louisiana, I'm in the category whose taste buds will be dead by 2010

Being Indian i like it very spicy. I only started liking spices about 2 years ago, but everyone in my family except my dad and me now like spices.
I would say that I eat much more spices and chillies then most people and can handle higher amounts. I'd also just like to say that "spicy" food from take-aways is moderately spicy at the most, its hardly ever really spicy. IMO, the best restaurant chain which does spicy food is Nandos, because their extra hot chicken with Nando sauce is amazingly nice.

i agree with you as far as fast food restaurants don't know the meaning of the word 'spicy'

i have a relative that loves his food so hot that usually he takes his shirt off and winds up sweating, all flushed, and its disgusting. the man could eat boiling tar i bet.
i myself like spice but not too much, just enough to give you a kick and a little burn afterwards but not a lingering one
