I'm biased because I'm a Republican, but she seems to be one of the most polarizing figures in American politics. It should be a slam dunk for the Democrats in 2008 but since they are going to nominate her we actually may have a chance.Napoleon Ier wrote:Hillary Clinton...risible!
Does she have a chance of getting in, someone clued up about US politics?
I hope you're prepared to hear a lot about Ron Paul on this website, Napoleon.

Because there are only a few level-headed people while the majority of people are partisan. How else would our political system gotten so screwed up over the years?frogger4 wrote:yeah, maybe she is better than bush, but that's not saying much, I wonder why people never support the candidates that are level headed independent thinkers instead of extreme liberals bordering on socialists?
The inflation rate in Zimbabwe just hit 4 million percent. Some people say it is only 165,000, but they are just being stupid. -Scott Adams, artist and writer of Dilbert
I agree. Something's got to be done about all those bordering-on-Socialist politicians in Congress. And especially those ones that keep getting elected to the White House.frogger4 wrote:yeah, maybe she is better than bush, but that's not saying much, I wonder why people never support the candidates that are level headed independent thinkers instead of extreme liberals bordering on socialists?

I agree. Empty political rhetoric taken out of context can be very telling.beezer wrote:It's still very telling though.frogger4 wrote:I am not making a political statement, this is just something I found interesting
I agree. Something's got to be done about political parties. They have no place in a democracy.Hologram wrote:Because there are only a few level-headed people while the majority of people are partisan.
