dead beats.
i belive in games where someone becomes a dead beat and the team mate still in the game gets his places is NOT a fair trade off...but even if it is 2 on 1 the player that still plays gets as much spots on a map as two players do...which means same amount of armies and more places to fort if needed...please take this off or make it an option when someone is setting up games..thank you.

I disagree.
The doubles games I'm in have been given a real edge once someone deadbeats and the other guy gets all their armies passed over.
Just because you have a reliable doubles partner - not everyone has, and once the armies are passed over - they still have a fair chance.
Your team of 2 players has the advantage of taking double turns & getting twice the amount of cards.
as soon as i spot someone looking like they are about to deadbeat. we target that team so as to reduce the amount they will have in 2 goes time.

I dislike the deadbeat feature, too. When the rules changed, one guy in one of my games was to deadbeat in a few hours, and then his partner got many troops and a whole continent with plenty troops to defend it. He could then win, and only didnt because played like a moron.
Well, at least now we know the feature, but I still dislike it. Plus, what make me really crazy is the change about the turns order... I never played another team game after that... Lack, where are the old rules option?

Marv - the choice is there for you to play freestyle and take your goes in one long go if your team gets a time worked out to take your goesI never played another team game after that... Lack, where are the old rules option?
Thats why I made the '22 Maps' a create your own gamestyle - Just win on every one of the 22 maps.
it was with you in mind that I created it that way.
And still you moan.....
