These are suspected Multis

Suspect users: Oggiss and Ubernoob9999

Game number: 1004348

Comments: These two players may as well be sleeping together, suspect moves and fortifications, as the game stands now Oggiss has just withdrawn 37 armies out of asia into alaska with Ubernoob9999 the next strongest player in asia who could potentially cash a set of cards in on his next turn and then take the whole continent. TheOracle has already stated in game chat that they could be multi.
Ubernoob9999 hasn't really left Australia for the past god knows how many turns and he's been only taken one territory at a time. Just gaining cards and then cashing in.

Please help, if i'm wrong then i'll apologies to both parties but I have a feeling that i'm right.
