Another alternative is lack gets in contact with Hasbro
Cartographers can do all the design work for there map, box design, piece design, card design, heck even write and design the instruction booklet.
Once this is done hasbro can do all the investment, production ETC
With CC and the cartographer recieving royalties.

deals can be made in various ways ranging from life time free preemium to products from the shop or cash. or why not the map maker could charge nothing.ApophisNL wrote:Hi All,
What if when map gets selected as 'poster-worthy' instead of the artist getting paid per se, the artist sells the map to CC in exchange for free premium membership?
however i don't think this is a problem i'm sure lack can handle negotiations and reach an agreement with the map makers. the problem now is weather lack is willing to invest time and money in this thing. i think discussing here without a word from lack is kinda useless. if he comes and says he wants to do it then we can jump in with suggestions and stuff but until then...

A map that is "poster worthy" in CC would be worth alot more than a premium membership. However selling the rights of the map isnt a bad idea either. Releasing the map rights is also an intresting idea to disscuss as well.ApophisNL wrote:Hi All,
