Dice complaint forum

Hi Lack,

I was thinking it would be funny and cool to have a forum where people tell stories of the absolute worst dice rolls they've suffered in games. (Sort of like alcoholics anonymous, only for us conquer clubbers).

It would also give people a chance to vent after their suffering and see that they are not alone in their frustration.

lol well congrats, you just started a topic about the worst dice rolls.

Well here's my story. I was on the England map or the world 2.0 map (i cant remember). I had 64 armies on one of my territories and i decided to attack someone with 8 armies.

I was expecting to lose at most 10.

I was wrong.

I lost about half my armies before i finally conquered the country. Worst of all, i realized that the guy threw more 6's than all the other numbers combined.

Really sucks.

i got a hundred points when i eliminated a player for two sets worth a hundred points...from there i killed everyone

i attacked with 2 he had one...

I know that several types of rourms have been suggested but I have a few others.

An official questions fourm-a fourm for all the new players in cc to ask all thier questions

A game review fourm-a fourm for all those who want to brag or complain aabout the dice or their game

Back in the day before the Flame Wars became the abusive-off topic forum, it was used regularly for that.

And unfortunately it is reverting back to that. You wouldn't believe how exasperating it is to see the same people whining about the same stuff over and over again. Much better when its abusive and off-topic!

Well basicly seeing as the "flame wars" if for flaming dice etc etc, you should specify underneith or even in a sticky in that thread. But what i want to be done is make a completly new one, called somthing like "Ronaldinho's flame house" or what ever you decide is apropriate, but to specify it has nothing to do with CC, and the only rule is no racism, you know just common sence basicly, but there people wont be put off because you know what you get there, but in the other flame forum people can go there to unite again shi* dice etc without getting flamed personly...and potentially being put off the forum...

Because i need somewhere to flame, as does many people, and we need this so much, it will give a fun read toooo0 1000's and Basicly, you get what im getting onto... so just do it

If you want a real flame forum on CC, convince the others that it's a flame forum not a troll forum.

The more you police yourselves the more the mod squad will let you have your fun in there. Stick to the rules, and keep it to that board and the rest is up to you - but you have to make it a real flame board first.

Idea: A subforum of General Discussion where people can cry about dice

Specifics: Are you fed up with n00bs crying "teh dices losted mi armyzz LOL! teh dices arnt rAnDoMzOrZ!"? I am, and so are thousands of people. I think these people should be given a subforum, with a sticky at the top saying "Get Firefox and download the Dice Analyzer script" but let them talk about the "not rAnDoMzOrZ" there, out of the way of real discussions

would actually be a good thing, less people posting dum threads about how the dice arent random when they really are
