I just got back from a Bike/Run.

I rode my mountain bike to a friend's house because his brother needs a bike for a triathlon we are doing this Sunday. Anyways, I ran back home afterwards (about a 30 minute run). On the way home I develop the shits and barely made it into a gas station to explode. I then calmly walked out and finished running home.

That was a close one...

I was just at the doctors because I had an ear ache. Turns out I don't have an inner ear infection or an outer ear infection. I have both, I'm just that good.
