i am almost 100% sure that these two are the same person. they always log on at the same time, dont fortify borders to each other, and in the game chat they cliamed not to know each other even though when searched for, they have played many a game together. There names arent even that different

Sorry, you can't get points back from games you lose to cheaters. Just be happy with the fact that they have been inactivated and you are free to play more and gain those points back again honestly
