Shit, ever since that USF party my schedule is all messed up, I go to sleep at 10Am, wake up at 4Pm. This is becoming a problem

tak sleeping pills at 9pm and go to sleep
it should get your body back to normal

Really? Try to make it kinda better. Go to sleep earlier(6 or

and wake up earlier. Slowly push your body back into the correct sleeping pattern.

OR instead of going to bed at 10am. Stay up until the evening, then go to bed. You'll be extra tired, so you should get to sleep. Problem sorted!

That could be a solution but could you stay up to 6 am?

I don't function properly without 9-11 hours a day.

What kind of sleeping pills have you tried, High Guard?

Personally, I take antihistamines sometimes. Or rather, quite a lot.

Alcohol interferes with my sleep, and Nytol (the brand of antihistamine I take) turned out to be almost the perfect solution. I started taking it in February 2006, and now I swear by it, especially when I need to realign my sleeping hours for whatever reason. I get an extra 1 to 1 1/2 hours of sleep a night on average than I did before I tried the stuff.

Lol I know about insomnia. Working for 2 years on night shift made me like that. In order to get my sleeping patterns back to normal I satyed up all night and all day then went to sleep at about 8 pm. Worked like a charm.

I personaly love 6-7 hours of sleep. But sometimes I have to sleep more, or my body wants to. >.<
