Keyogi....i'll back you on this one...sorry mibi but the small version is very blurry and names are indeed hard to read....i've been wanting to pipe up with this for a while, but i didn't want to offend anyone. The large version is great, mibi. :)

Well, I could see a solution where mibi could pick a more pixelated (easier to read) font, but then people will complain that the words are pixelated or some nonsense and we'd have a new argument.

I'm going to agree with DiM that with the current size restrictions the small map is going to be difficult to improve.

No you are not I did to but that only makes us 2.... though i am glad he changed the guards to shields ... that helped... I still wish he had simple shapes to differentiate the gangs.... Circles, Squares, trangles, crosses, diamonds, etc.... it would be easier with all the color going on to read ....TERRITORY

Don't get me wrong... I like the map...great potential and it looks fun... but i wish there were versions made of the suggestions made so the club can help this map be as perfect as possible

Keredrex may be onto something with the symbols.

As for the font, mibi, would you be interested in posting a portion of the map (say a cellblock), with a different variations of font?

nope he changed the font on the entire map.

btw. i think 5 is the best. some of the others are worse than the original.

Hm, 5 and 11 are the ones I think that are the best, but I tossed my vote for 11. 9 isn't too bad either, but the other two I think are better than it.

5 8 & 11 were the ones I was torn between. I voted 11 in the end.

8 I think works Best
but 5 works also

Noticed you changed the circles… Still think it is Hard to read the map and the Army numbers…

Try Using the Different Shapes w/ Little or no Color…
Or
Maybe, since you have 6 gangs + Guards…
Try using 3 shapes: Circle - Square - Diamond
and 3 Colors: Yellow - Green - Blue

For General Hong, you have him surounded by two red rectangles, while every other leader is surounded by two different colors.

I think 8 is the easiest to read, but 5 and 11 are slightly prettier. I'd go with the easier to read though.

He is the leader of the Triad Dynasty. They are Red circles with a red stroke around them. So double red. The other leaders are the two colors as well, they just happen to be different colors inside and outside the army circles.

Im not doing shapes. Indiviuality in prison is hard to comeby when everyone is wearing the same thing, also it would be extra confusing I think to have shapes and colors.

They have red circles, with a stroke of white, unless it's my computer, but I see white.
