Prime I agree. Only 2 weeks in couldn't we start over? This also coming from one of the 0-2 teams thoughGold Knight wrote:I really wish we could reset the standings, but i guess its alright if some are really livid about keeping their records if theyre good. I guess we'll just have to go 14-2

Okay, here is what I am going to do. I have placed a poll at the top of the first page for everyone to vote on. If you do not vote you don't get to complain with the outcome.
There are some of the original teams that wanted to keep their records they had rightfully earned, however, given the number of new players in the tournament I feel it is most fairly resolved by a vote. Please vote for either restarting the season from week 1 or to continue with the current records and start from week 3.
I WILL BE CREATING THE WEEK 3 GAMES TODAY. IF AT THE END OF THE POLL IT HAS BEEN DECIDED TO RESTART WE WILL PLAY WEEK 1 AND WEEK 2 AT THE END OF THE SEASON AND I WILL ADJUST TEAM RECORDS ACCORDINGLY.
My reasons for doing it this way is so that we can start right away instead of waiting any longer.
If you have any comments please post them in the thread.

Re: games
Nope, just join up. It will be fine. Try to get your partner in quickly as well though so the other team can join more easily.Prankcall wrote:Does it matter if the visitors join b4 home team?

Yeah......you would think that the fact I am an English major with and emphasis in Editing that I would know how to write a simple sentence. I've contacted the mods about getting the question deleted so I can remake it with a clear question. Sorry about that.
I will let everyone know when to vote again with the new and improved question.

You made a typing error in my name (Tampa Bay; It should be HSchroed78 instead of SHcroed78.), but since your pm arrived anyway, its just for information...
I really looking forward to the tourney and wish everybody much fun!

I don't really care if we start over or not, we're only 2 games in. Since you don't have an "apathy" option, I'll just choose yes, since I don't care much either way.

I'm not sure a poll is the best way to resolve this, since naturally the people that are 2-0 are going to want to continue and the people that are 0-2 and new teams are going to want a restart.
Speaking for my team, we feel we had 2 hard earned victories against 2 of the toughest teams on our schedule (both around 4000 in strength) and really don't think it's fair to give out mulligans and have to replay them as if they never happened.
So I vote no, emphatically.
And if a new poll is done, it should have a "no strong preference" option, though that will not solve all the problems.

As it stands right now, it's an even 16 votes apiece.
