Let me tell you something. Both the Rogue State flag and banner were made using MS Publisher. Granted, they could be better, but still. If I can do it, using a shitty program nonetheless, then you can.

Grahh. When I leave CC there are about 5 different sig stores up and running. I didnt need them once. Now I come back and they are all gone and I really need one. Whatever. Ill give it another try.
