Ignore lists

Dear CC

A couple of people have recently put me on their ignore lists. I am very hurt by this. I want to grovel to them and ask them please please please to play with me again. I am very, very sorry. I have tried to contact them to ask them why they do not love me anymore but my messages will not leave my outbox. If they are ignoring me does it mean that I can't pm them either? Or does it just mean that I do not know how my outbox works
