i love the aztec, i think it would be cool to make a map of the empire but you need to do alot of work

I like the idea and I agree with you that this map should indeed be there, although I would feel more for an overall Balkans map, on which you could play out more of the conflicts plaguing the region.

About the number of countries: just merge some of the same colour, to bring them back to maybe 45-55.

I like creative use of the bonuses to mirror actual causes of conflict.

Ah, I'd love to see a Star Wars map but I fear getting permission from George Lucas would be like trying to get blood from a very dry, very grumpy stone.
... of course, having said that, it wouldn't be the first unofficial Star Wars game, not to mention all the fan-created material, so maybe you'd stand a fighting chance, afterall.

You might want to contact someone first though, before you pour hours of your life into your nice, shiny, new map.

Ant's Nest


Hey everyone, i'm pretty new to conquer club and one thing I like seeing is everyones idea's for maps. So, I decided to come up with 1 myself:

I figure an ants nest with queens, egg chambers and food chambers. Players can hold the queens and chambers and all the different paths everywhere in the nest. I was thinking different sections in the nest could be different territories each allocating so many points. To add to this, Holding so many queens gives so many points, the same with egg and food chambers.
ie. 2 Queens = 1
3 Queens = 3
4 Queens = 6
etc.

Tell me what you think.

if that image is copyrighted you can't use a single pixel on it

so changing names and stuff is not enough. you have to draw everything yourself.

Illinois

Description: Illinios would be a good map.
Why?: There was some software risk game that I did a map for Illinois on, had a whole bunch of counties. It was fun to play, just took awhile.

So far I've done search's on the forum to see if there was anyone else working on it, didn't find anything. There are a whole bunch of other posts to read, like guidelines, mapping programs, etc.

I read where others said that straight lines for counties are boring, that there shouldn't be too many territories, that being able to hold an area is better, and a whole bunch of other feedback that I could apply to Illinois map.

Description: Set up the 5 points of Brooklyn.

Why?: I feel that all good maps so far have interesting histories or are part of a larger Idea (lord of the rings, which in my opinion should be expanded). The gangs of NY promises to deliver a little of NY Trivia.

I'd love to see a map based off of the locations in City of Heroes, but I'm not sure if you'd legally be allowed to do that. You'd probably have to ask permission from the license holders, and as far as I know, they are pretty fair and reasonable guys.

Description: The lands that the many Celtic tribes occupied before Roman Occupation. The territories would include Great Britian, France, most of Spain, Germany, and parts of Italy. Below is an approximation of the Celtic lands from Wikipedia:

Why?: I've always been fascinated by the Celts and this would be an interesting map to work with.

Since most of the maps only refer to humans, why not include animals too, it's the largest zoo in the world after all, and could be transformed into a massive battlefield.
