When you resized the image, were your country names still text layers? They don't look a little smashed / blurry in some areas. When I resized my Italy map, I had to play with the font size & I took the italic off so it was more legible.
Your sea routes are also very cool. And your compass reminds me of the nintendo nes controller.

The gamepad/controller is the George Cross awarded to Malta for WWII.
You might want to look at the size of those army shadows on the small map though, they seem a little on the small side.
AndyDufresne wrote:Ruben, would it be possible to soften the edge of the impassables? Right now, the hills look placed on the map, as do the mountains (the trees I think look pretty good). Would you be against blending them into the land a little, to make them apart of the map, rather than sitting on top?

How Maps Progress Through the Foundry wrote:And in the main Foundry forum the process will stay relatively normal. All maps will need to create good working images of both the large and the small maps (following the guidelines of course). Each map will go through the Foundry Process as they have been (I.E. comments/suggestions/advice/criticisms/etc). Once the Foundry Process is starting to slow and dwindle, if all guidelines have been met, it will be ‘Final Forged’ and moved into the next, and last, stage of development in the Final Forge forum.

True, this was quenched two days before the process piece was written. And I don't mean to put Ruben down. I just wanted to point out another example of the foundry faithful getting impatient to see a map forged/quenched when it clearly isn't ready. There must be a dozen posts asking when this map will go up, though there was never a small map made.
