It's not a clear-cut issue, but: Taiwan is not part of China. That China has a claim on it is a different matter.
If you wish to leave it, naming the map "China and Taiwan" would be more correct.
Admitedly, I have not read the entire thread. Nonetheless - why on earth would you do this (in effect appeasing the Chinesee regime)?
EDIT: In other words - Suggestion: Remove Taiwan from the China map. (After all, you don't include Canada in a present day U.S. map. The same thing.)
The thing is that mainland China considers Taiwan to be a province of China, Taiwan considers itself the rightful ruler of the mainland so to take Taiwan out of the map would make everyone that calls themselves Chinese unhappy.
Another question I'd like to ask that quite possibly has been asked before is why did you choose to use "Nei Mongol" instead of "Inner Mongolia" and why "Xizang" instead of "Tibet." These regions are called "autonomous" by the mainland government and have their own traditional English names.

i am neutral on this. the chinese authorities use nei mongol (mongolian) and xizang (chinese) for official purposes. although uk newspapers almost exclusively use inner mongolia and tibet (since 99% of their readers wouldn't recognise these regions solely by looking at their official names), the english names do not have official status in the same way that the hong kong name does.

things have changed since the 1980s and taiwan does not think it is china. the taiwanese government wants to join the united nations under the name of taiwan, but mainland china has said that it will invade if taiwan removes the word china from its official name.
to call the map simply "china" therefore means taking a political stance in favour of the mainland view.

china did annex a small part of kashmir nearly fifty years ago, but india does not recognise chinese kashmir as being part of china, even though it is under complete chinese control.
since xizang is politically under one single autonomous region government, i am unsure why xizang is divided into east and west on the map. perhaps the originator believes that the gameplay is not so good if xizang is one region instead of two, but i'm guessing.

1.The great wall extends from the border between Liaoning and Hebei to the middle of Gansu. There is no Great Wall opening between Nei Mongol.
2.What happened to the four administrative cities(Chongqing, Shanghai, Tianjin, and Beijing), Ningxia, Hong Kong, and Macau? Hong Kong and Macau was returned to China before 2000.
3. The Yellow River never did meet Yangtze. It stretched over Ningxia and had it's mouth in Qinghai.
4.Kashmir is not a part of China anymore, but Aksai Chin is.
5.When you say that Kashmir can bombard but not conquer East Xizang, do you mean they can only attack it until it has 1 army left?
6.It's Guangdong, not Guangdon
Just some things to think about before you want to publish the China map.

Ningxia is not a city, it's an autonomous region. Ignore aksai chin, I couldn't paste the map here.
