I think that is a stupid idea. The noobs will never get any better or learn how to play with good strategy if they are going against other noobs. One of the best ways for them to learn is to play against good opponents. And to leave them out of the forums and live chat, are you kidding me??? You were a noob once too, would you have liked it if you didnt get to participate in forums or go to live chat.
