I was stuck in West Virginia....*shudders*

over the past week I...

monday - 10 mile bike ride in the mountains
tuesday - 13 mile hike in the mountains
wednesday - 5 miles of caving
thursday - whitewater rafting

Tuesday- 4 torn stomach muscles, 2 cracked ribs, i ripped the palm off my hand (and some muscle), and a mild concussion..

Thursday- Broken tail bone to add to that list...

my week was worse :D

Meh, i wear lenses for sport and they only take 30 secs to put in, then u keep them in all day. I still wear my glasses round the house tho...
