British Singles Classics League (BSCL)

How To Join:
-Open to any player from the British Isles (i.e. with a Union or Irish flag in their profile).
-Please post your username and country (ENG, ROI, NI, SCO, WAL) in this thread.
-Premium members only please.

Competition Structure:
-5 divisions each with 10 players. Premier Division followed by Division1, 2, 3 & 4.
-Division organisers are bigbullyweedave, kahless, clive & Norse.
-Division organisers put together 9 games for each player (i.e. 45 games in the league) within the first 10 days of the month.
-Games are 1v1 Classic & Sequential.
-League tables will be published by the end of the month and the overall monthly winner will be the player who finishes top of the Premier Division.
-If players end up on the same points they will be separated by who won head to head games.

Relegation/Promotion:
-Relegation and promotion will take place at the end of each month.
-The top two of divisions 1, 2, 3 & 4will be promoted.
-The bottom two of the Premier Division and divisions 1, 2 & 3 will be relegated.

Holidays/Deadbeats etc.
-Game will be set up within the first 10 days of each month.
-At the moment you are allowed miss 1 “holiday” month without being penalised providing you inform your division organiser before that month begins. Therefore that month only 9 players will take part in your division.
-Otherwise if you fail to join games by the 13th of the month your opponents will be awarded victories and chances are you’ll be relegated.

Reserve List:
-We currently have a few space left in Division 4.

Division Organisers Information:
Premier Division – bigbullyweedave
Division 1 – kahless
Division 2 – Clive
Division 3 - bigbullyweedave (acting)
Division 4 - Norse
-Please call each game BSCL DivX 7/07 player1vplayer2 (X will be either P, 1, 2, 3 or 4). This means that it will make searching for the games easier.
-Players have until the 13th of the month to enter games if they don’t then their opponent will be awarded the win. If neither player enters then no points will be awarded.
By the last day of the month if any games are still underway (highly unlikely but you never know!) then both players receive zero points.

Pretty sure i understand it all....
the 2 players in the game have to organise it themselves do they? and report results back to div organiser? How do we know who we are playing and therefore who we have to arrange a game with?

At the beginning of each month I'll publish the updated divisions that the division organisers can use.

The plan is that in the first 10 days of the month the division organiser will set up the 9 games for you (45 for the division in total) and pass along the game numbers and passwords for you to enter.

The division organiser will compile a league table by the end of the month.

I am happy with gathering the results from my division :P
