That is despite rising server costs and inflation.
bigWham has absorbed all of these costs to date however that is about to change.
Both general memberships and subscriptions will rise soon.

Currently 8.5 cents a day. 11 cents a day is $40 A YEAR. LOL. I think if people can’t afford that, then perhaps less map and nap time and more work time is in order. One cigarette is 30 cents.

Now the site looks old so you'd expect a price drop not a rise.. first goal should always be bringing in more players. Or if the cost of running the site is getting too high then consider selling it

The way to bring more players in is to make a second site, with only the best maps and a new 2026 look and best settings only. The price of having another site should be peanuts and membership should be valid for both site's. Second site is purely focussed on bringing in more players. For new players it should have a maximum of 5 minutes wait time before the game starts, if no players joined in 5 minutes then the bots fill the empty slots automatically. Now a new player joins, wants to play a game to check it all out and finds himself waiting for hour(s); he drops and never returns/..

That’s why marketing is so important , you don’t pass by the CC site, you search for it.So, there are some considerations: Instant satisfaction, competition, mind numbing play (like candy crush and Tetris), social, etc. each category has to be looked at, maybe changed, and most importantly marketed. For example…Think of a 45 year old with a 3000+ CC rating on tik tok calling out these young snowflakes with no brain and telling them if them want real comp, come see him on CC.

How many potential customers did the site lose in those 8 years ? Bans are handed out faster then a cow can fart. New players dont get a welcome mail where they are explained the 24 hour properly,´. There is no ”get me hooked’ agenda. Site GFX maximum on pixels is still the max it was 20 years ago......640x600 pixels in 2026 lol. Do an overhaul of the best maps on full HD ffs. 1080 pix minimum.. It should not be that hard to do if you have a xml coder and some guys who will do the GFX part. Get things going...

I think most people of the "younger generation" are mostly using their phones or tablets to interact with the net -- social media, simple endorphin-rich games, stream-gaming (as epic0002 said). Or they do their gaming on dedicated consoles. How many people in their 20's regularly use a laptop or a desktop PC these days? (Unless it's part of their job, if they have one.)

It's hard to comprehend all the parts of a huge "map" on a phone, and it takes time to think about small-scale tactics and big-view strategy.

WIthout update or change, this very website WOULD NOT exist and ConfedSS would be happy playing alone, perhaps hoping to find 1-2 more players in Detroit who LIKE this game too. We would not have to READ or EVEN SEE any of his posts.

We would WISH that the game maker (Parker Brothers?) would INVENT some NEW maps for this great game, and perhaps different settings, too. (We now have over 200 maps [267 NOW] and GROWING on this website, btw.)

Are updates a good thing? Are they needed? (YES, to prevent HACKERS; that is why these updates were DONE, ConfedSS).

Can we stop CHANGE? Can we keep things frozen in time at OUR OWN PERFECT point?
