Re: Civilitas High - Lesson 3: Maths
But if LC is Mafia, there still can be one wallflower not claimed plus one PR.
That is three PR from the start

Loose, again, it boils down to your argument that you think it's a mod error and that I should know better.
Again, if you want to gripe and complain about it, PM Rag and explain to him why you think it's a mod error. Frankly, saying that flippantly feels pretty damn disrespectful to Rags, and I'm not going to drag myself to your level. Honestly, i have nothing more to say to you for the remainder of the game.

The point is dds i dont think there is mod error.
I think mafia one or all were given advance notice of wallflowers.
Hjelp were you cheekily implying im a flat earther a few posts back?
Thing is if i am why am i?
And if you can demonstrate that please help me prove fermats last theorem.
That way we will both pass our maths tests.

Hjelp re your did you get the maths right post and the previous one.
I dont know
I have claimed non vanilla ultra light. Just knew 3 mafia at start.
You can take it or leave it.
Charle is known to be mafia light.
Annie is known to be town with increasing power the longer she survived because greater the probability that who she suspected would be a valid suspect the longer she remained in game.
Bunny was protective quite light. If she protected a vanilla or a light town what would make them better than her. Taking one for another protective doesnt make a lot of sense to me. Maybe some but not a lot as the other protective would have had to claim first i think and its pretty remote that they would. Her role makes most sense to me if at some point there is an investigative to potentially protect.
3/4/5 all flavoured wallflower town vanillas would be massively town powerful.
3/4/5 such doesnt stack particularly not with the knowns.
Thats the maths that town has to get to the bottom of, then as a class we will pass maths.

Re: Civilitas High - Lesson 3: Maths
Fermats is already solved so I don’t waste my time with it. Though, I have the proof for Collatz, Riemann and Yang-Mills. I took a pause while writing them clean. But will do it later during late autumn/winter. And double check.
Re: Civilitas High - Lesson 3: Maths
Hopefully one player will cast the last vote so you will be lynched. Town can’t afford not to lynch. Maybe you can vote on yourself. That will do the trick.
Re: Civilitas High - Lesson 3: Maths
Hi all, I am the new transfer student. I had to read everything from the start just now, so apologies if I missed something.
I'll start by saying that Charle's claim of being a teacher in a game where everyone is explicitly a student made no sense from the outset, and was clearly a panic fake claim. People saying they called him out for that and eventually voted for him (weeks later, and after flip-flopping) get no town credit for me, especially with how delayed the final lynch actually became. Should have been a freebie for anyone to say they wanted to lynch Charle, and the weird role powers and random additional note didn't help. Anyone who wanted to lynch day 1, but didn't lynch the gimme mafia mess-up, is suspicious in my eyes.
Making other comments in other posts, since I struggle with getting quotes right.

Re: Civilitas High - Lesson 3: Maths
So you get to know the updated total mafia we are facing right now? Can you confirm it is currently at 2 (and that we can rule out any conversion concerns?)Loose Canon wrote: Thu Jul 16, 2026 12:04 pm My power told/tells us how many we are up against at any point in the game.
Re: Civilitas High - Lesson 3: Maths
I have some other thoughts I'm going to hold on to for now (very temporarily). I'd strongly prefer if we don't lynch anyone for the moment, and I also think it would be useful for loose to confirm the current number of mafia again even if were to ultimately end up lynching him.

Welcome to the game Kong. You’re the most obvious Mafia, after LC and now you’re suggesting not to lynch for the moment- it helps me in my suspicion regarding you.hjelp wrote: Sat Jul 18, 2026 3:10 am two assumptions
I. Mafias are aware of each other.
II. Mafias don’t vote on themselves.
Players left
Djf-DDS-LC-hjelp-Kingm-Traf-Dev-homer.
Spoiler
Not voted on Charle were
LC-Traf-Dev
Not voted on LC are at the moment
Kingm-Traf-homer
Case LC flips Mafia
Traf flips Mafia since didn’t vote on Charle and no vote on LC at the moment.
Case LC flips Town
Dev happy to vote for LC since didn’t vote on Charle.
Re: Civilitas High - Lesson 1: English
well, my thought was Traf because inactivity is strange for him. but getting replaced rather than starting to participate might mean something in RL that is keeping him away. king is tough to pin.. because he does have a history of going MIA when he runs into low energy periods. and then there's dev, who is barely active, and not saying much when he does join in. and i agree with hjelp's theory that if LC were to flip town, it does cast suspicion on dev based on voting history.DirtyDishSoap wrote: Mon Jul 20, 2026 12:20 am Who do you think of scum Homer, out of the people not participating?

Re: Civilitas High - Lesson 3: Maths
Seemed to me you mentioned knowing the current scum numbers "at any point in the game," meaning that you're able to receive an updated current scum count now/this past night. Might just be a misinterpretation on my end if you're now saying you can't.

This is very clearly in bad faith and nonsensical. There is a huge difference between not wanting to lynch, and not wanting to hammer the second I join the game, less than a week into the day, and while I am actively waiting a response from LC. I think LC is more likely scum than not, and I would not be unhappy lynching him in the near future, but you trying to rush an immediate lynch and somehow leaping to me being scum for not having my first message after I joined being the hammer to a day less than a week old is super odd. FOS hjelp.

Re: Civilitas High - Lesson 3: Maths
You're leaving out Maxleod, the only confirmed wallflower. If we treat everyone who has publicly claimed or implied it so far as actually being a wallflower, then game start had 5 self-confirming townsfolk, minimum 2 additional town PRs (Annie and Hotbunnie confirmed so far), and then whatever else might be left in remainder for town. I'm not including LC in that as I think he's more likely to flip mafia than not.hjelp wrote: Mon Jul 20, 2026 12:03 pm I didn’t check history but if I recall the claim wallflower is made by - Djf, DDS, hjelp, Kingm and LC having claimed sort of info from the start.
Assume nine TowniesSpoiler
Four wallflowers plus one lynched will give three left with PR plus a possible LC non-Mafia
Two are lynched so one left with PR and a possible LC non-Mafia.
This means if LC flips town there were three PR of nine from the start and three Mafias. Seems as a difficult task for Townies having three PR?

Did I get it right or wrong ??
In a ”normal” game setup having 12 players.
Is it most common having three or four PR ?
Nine Townies and three Mafias ?

[/quote]
Is there a particular reason for this? From what I can see, dev was only the second one to vote for LC after DDS, and it seemed sentiment was already leaning towards lynching him anyway. How does that make dev in particular more suspicious than DDS or someone else in the event LC is innocent.

a bit suspicious.

@Kong
You see that Traf didn’t vote on Charle/LC and was active in CC games. You are in a cumbersome situation and if you have information that you soon will share then maybe sooner than later ?

I mean again, there is no (town) reason we absolutely needed to rush in to hammer that very moment, and taking a breath to wait before committing and losing the rest of the day while I still have and had questions and comments, you evidently still have stuff to say, and others do as well is totally fine. Hammering in that moment cuts off town from being able to have further discussions and potentially make further progress, going straight back into scum territory (night). I promise we are still able to hammer LC before the day is over lol, the day hasn't even lasted a week so far, town loses nothing by not immediately hammering unless you're concerned scum can day kill us five times since we weren't quick enough. Can't tell what you're missing or trying to misinterpret about that.

Do you disagree that if we assume all people who knew about wallflowers on day 1 must be town, then from the initial setup we have those five self-confirming pseudo-mason townsfolk, two more confirmed town PRs in Annie and hbunnie, and then whatever the remaining town roles are? If we're on the same page on what the setup looks like based on that initial assumption, then all good.hjelp wrote: Mon Jul 20, 2026 12:03 pm I didn’t check history but if I recall the claim wallflower is made by - Djf, DDS, hjelp, Kingm and LC having claimed sort of info from the start.
