Kingm and rushing rank all players 1-32 for example, if rushing's first ranked player is already taken, you'd just take the next highest on his list that is still available.
Is this close to accurate?
I feel like that might be how I did it in the past but I have been just going one at a time so far with this Draft. I am currently waiting for the #4 pick. The PM and forum updates bug is not helping much

It makes it easier for the captains to do research during the draft, and then we probably will be quicker with our pick also
