When searching for Event games, eg,

when 0 games exist to Join,

Put a button that says "create a new game with these settings" so that it is easy to spin up new challenges instead of remembering all the options (fog/cards/etc)

I think this would be a good addition to any search for games. Obviously there's a problem with multiple selections eg on the spoils type: either create the game with no selections or just with the default(s).

Would only work is a specific game setting down to even the map was selected.. but I support this.
It would most definitely make medal hunting a lot easier...

With more than one choice, I guess it could prompt for the multiple options (eg, round limit / round length in this case and it would be smart enough to only allow the previous screens options (2 min /24 hours only for example)

That would actually be a very useful quality-of-life feature. A “Create Game with These Settings” button could save time and make event participation much smoother, especially when players want to quickly recreate the same setup without manually selecting every option again. It’s similar to how a marks calculator simplifies repeated academic calculations by reducing unnecessary manual steps and user errors.
