Add a button in team games to private message entire team. Include the game number in the message. The subject will have the Game Type (Doubles, Triples, Quads), map name, and tournament name if applicable.
CC Members could select if they want to display the button through Personal-->Settings.
There was a TamperMonkey script that used to do this (at least for me).
