Gunn's Dubs Round Robin 3(Feudal Epic Trench)

1. This will be a round robin style tournament with 8 teams.
2. Each team will play 7 games. The team with the most wins gets a trophy.
3. Next round games will be sent when all games are completed for the current round.(or as soon as I get to them)
4. In the event of a tie there will be a tiebreaker game. If more than two have the same number of wins we'll do a mini round robin.
5. There will be a 20 round limit.

i know sir. it doesnt help that the volume of new tournaments has risen. but the free market will decide eventually. you have to cater your tournament to what fills these days.

I'm only going to run them to give us more games we can play together against new people. The game finder room is just the same people over and over. We're probably going to join a clan so we can get some team games.

I think there is a large group that still like to play tournaments, but that people don't check the forums enough. I remember back in the day everyone checked daily for new tournaments and usually people would message each other when new ones were up. For me, I usually play most of them, but don't have regular partners anymore. So if anyone wants to team, let me know.

I think you're right. Maybe the messages to everyone would work. I know alot of the folks that play this map/settings so it shouldn't be that hard if I put in a little extra work

In please, I would prefer either unlimited or para forts, but chained is also ok I guess, and beggars cant be choosers.

and I'm also a bit unsure about the tiebreaker, to me it seems that to stall a win then gets rewarded, always play the 20 rounds and get tons of extra troops since you hold the opponent "hostage".
So IMHO I would suggest either the opposite, promote speedy play, or just a straight up tiebreaker game.

BTW, I will help trying to fill this tourny, I will put in my DM to my other tournies, I will probably send one either today or tomorrow, and I will also mention this tourny.
So I hope I can get this one filled.

I like this idea. We'll just do a tiebreaker game or another round robin with the teams that are tied if there are more than 2.
