Resignation from a game

I thought it wasn't possible to resign from games, but it just happened in Game 24473491.
Please clarify.

I've lost games that have gone to round 23, my opponent ended up with almost 900 troops, and I didn't see a resign button. Where does it appear?

only on public game after round 10 when you have less then half the troop count, tournament, private, tribe, or clan games dont allow the resign
