Stats from site profile not working

I noticed that for those two players

The stats are wrong.
I see all of them at 0. ( games won, games played, etc.)

Any idea why ?
For other players I've checked stats seems correct.

That's because they haven't logged in in more than a decade. Stats only update when a player logs in. At least, I think this is how it works.
