Let's stay nice to each other - especially against opponents that are out of the game. Remember Strike is just playing and tries to get under your skin. That's oke - there is lots of room under the elephant

Im pretty sure nobody translated the parseltongue i've put onder the last post to Strike (the "no talking nighttime" post) but it reads something like this: "It's a game and they all speak (hashshashin) Parseltongue, the snake's tongue, but they (scum) play it very well - what a wonderful game of rubbish"

For Ragian that's "Det er et spil, og de taler alle Parseltongue, slangens tunge, men de spiller det meget godt - hvilket vidunderligt spil af affald -" - that translates something like "this is a game, in the language of the Parseltongue, snake tongue, and the men who played the game play it very wel - what a most wonderful game of trash" ("meget" is quite, quite, old chum danish/old school norwegian so that's the perfect word when talking to sinnsykt Ragian :D )

Im expecting Fusi and Ragian to stand down just like in a game of Risk. I think they didn't vote and EW probably voted King for them..

Just wanna say this was a great game and lots of fun. =D> =D>

Ragian, Fusi? Let's hear it

If you're trying to write in Danish, you need to fix your translator. To be honest, I thought going for Strike was the wrong play. I wanted Fusi or Kong. I don't see any reason, however, for a scum Kong to vote for a fellow scummate at that stage in the game, so based on that (and ignoring the bullshit politics barfed out a few posts ago), I must assume that Kong is town.

So, scum is Fusi and Devante. You think it's me rather than Devante, but at least we agree on Fusi, so let's vote him off, and then you can mislynch me before going for Devante finally. I'll still win (even if it's cooler to win while alive).

Vote Fusi

I'll also reiterate that I'm on vacation with my wee boy, so I'm not as available as earlier in the game.

Im sure the "sinnsykt Ragian" part is 100% translated correctly. The sentence however rattles on all sides due to the attempt to slide in some Old school Danish just for you (a little fun sting at you), so yes it rattles sho hard just like your reasoning here. That was the idea behind it.

I was expecting a last attempt to make town doubt on Devante from you because it is scums only option left as i started the vote on scum ssstrike and Kong followed so swiftly he proved himself town there. It's like Kong said : town has no other choice but to stick together as any misvote of any townie will loose the game so town has no other choice then to follow.

But a very well played game Ragian =D> =D> =D> - only two flimsy comments:

You could have posted you used the invention on Dev in advance (instead only afterwards when asked by town about it), and in the final stage you should have said "How do you read this, Strike, King and Dev?

Anyways -in your sinnsykt reasoning -that Dev is scum you forgot that there is no other option then you to be his scummate then (as you allegedly tracked him and Fusi did not amongst other things).

Scum could have said "gg" but you clearly wanna keep playing, i hope Fusi thinks different. Also Fusi should follow me here as he said it's you all game long so you are gonna get a possible 4 out of 5 votes :D, but 100% sure you are gonna get 3 town votes from me, Kong and Dev

Vote Ragian

Fusi was already online today:
2024-07-27 15:22:30 - fusibaseball ended the turn and got spoils
2024-07-27 15:19:40 - fusibaseball ended the turn

No comment here so that's all folks!

I wanna nominate this for the most wonderful line of scum rubbish i've ever seen in all my games on this website:

fusibaseball wrote:I voted Swang because the DDS train that was starting was the stupidest vote I've seen in all my games on this website and I wanted to try to switch the target off him. And I almost pulled it off.

In hindsight, knowing this is just hooey poppycock baloney galskab, i wonder how many dårskab here believed it?

Anyways, having explored the captivating world of magic trickery and the mystery of Scum Theatre, with elderly characters Galskab and Dårskab, both known for their cantankerous opinions and shared penchant for heckling and flimflamming there is no denying this cozener duo gave us quite a wonderful show and tough nut to crack with brilliant performance! =D> =D> =D>

Vote for Kong rather than me once if you want any credibility. Also not sure where Devante and Sonic have found all the trust in the world on Kong all of a sudden. He can easily (and should) be voting a teammate out since they still had 3 that deep in the game. This will lose you both the game tomorrow if you vote me over him, but that river can be crossed later. For now, Ragian is part 1 of 2 (can't believe I'm still saying this).

No, it's not Danish. Looks Norwegian, though. Well played, Fusi and Devante. Thought it had to be Kong when Devante didn't move a few nights ago. What are the odds...

I made him a madness choice by posting:
"So both Ragian and Fusi going for the same scum agreed tactic pawn offering each other with Rag saying Dev is scum n°2 and ole Fusi saying its Kong, which means they agreed to pick me tonight."

So if he picked me he would have confirmed that..sealing his fate, and if he didn't pick me he knows i'll vote him today.. madness!

(If i was him i would have switched to Kong too..)

This is what i know:

SoN!c wrote:STRIKE 99,99% SURE - RAGIAN AND A UNKNOWN THIRD WHO IS STILL TO REVEAL HIMSELF...

posted by SoN!c on Wed Jul 24, 2024 7:08 pm

And i came to that conclusion by gambling on a town Dev. So would be Dårskab to switch last moment to you right?

Ofcourse it could be you i guess (as town you are never 100% sure), but in the end i believe that "UNKNOWN THIRD WHO IS STILL TO REVEAL HIMSELF" is Fusi. for all the reasons posted before

I tried to bluff Fusi to stand down saying i was 100% sure but that didn't work..because when im sure i say im 99,99% sure - only when i bluff i say im 100% sure :D

In the end im glad Fusi didn't stand down. So much more fun. Suspense is killing me here :D :D

All i can say is Im 99,99% sure that town has a 50% win chance which is way more then when i entered this madness

I like to vote Fusi right now and say f*ck it

STRIKE 99,99% SURE - RAGIAN AND A UNKNOWN THIRD WHO IS STILL TO REVEAL HIMSELF... if its Dev its fucking well played making no sense at all and Fusi should have defended himself better

Or is it more madness to hear Fusi first? :D

Well Sonic, you've been right so far and your way of playing it seems to have worked. So this may be your redemption story here based on what others have said. Even with the extras in gotta say you've hit the mark everytime with the last choices so. I find it odd if you were scum to throw two scums under the bus maybe one but two, unlikely, so if you are scum then well, I guess GG is due and well played. But you seem town so I won't vote you. Meaning fusi time is up. For me honestly what does this was your sweet caress to me and strike stroking our egos. And Strike was scum. By all means stroke away like a dumbass but you are never that complimentary without a reason mate. So...

Vot would say Beware, for it is prophesied that one day The Sonic shall return to reclaim his birthright as King of Soniconica...and then all Heck shall break out. :D

THE UNKNOWN THIRD WHO IS STILL TO REVEAL HIMSELF is FUSI ! (must be)

I explained why it's Scum Theatre, "having explored the captivating world of magic trickery and the mystery, with elderly characters Galskab and Dårskab, both known for their cantankerous opinions and shared penchant for heckling and flimflamming there is no denying this cozener duo gave us quite a wonderful show and tough nut to crack with brilliant performance!"

Also,

I voted Strike on Wed Jul 24, 2024 7:05 pm. A town Fusi should have followed here (without thinking) and was online:

2024-07-24 22:22:41 - fusibaseball received 6 troops for 18 regions

Instead it was Kong who followed blindly - making the only logical town move possible.

I was hoping on the shocker fast vote on Strike to throw scum off guard that that would be the moment were THE UNKNOWN THIRD SCUM would REVEAL HIMSELF (even by PoE).

And at that moment Kong revealed himself as town and -with gambling on a town Dev to start with- that third scum had to be Fusi (already certain on Ragian like posted before).

Devante followed Kings f*ck it VOTE STRIKE on Thu Jul 25, 2024 9:50 pm and we got 4 votes on scum with 4 townies left. That was the hardest part i believe. Fusi could have followed too but didn't, just like scum Ragian.

Also both Wolf Ragian as Wolf Strike tried to win over King and Dev at the last decisive moments..

How can i not vote for FUSI?

Everything comes back in a full circle on that first gamble that Dev is town...and now at the very end of the game that same gamble comes back and back again! Is he town or is he scum?

Madness!

But i have to believe Wolf Rägian and Wolf Strike would not have tried to win Dev over on the decisive moments (knowing Ragia likes to play out the game if possible)

If im wrong and we town lose the game this deep in and inches before the finish line this is gonna sting like hell!
But it would be a BFST (Big Fucking Sting Thing) if i vote Devante and Fusi flips scum because everything points at Fusi so:

"I think one of fusi/rag/strike had to bus in final 7 to gain some town credit. You can then kill the confirmed townie, decide if you need to bus again, and take kong to f3 if needed. By allowing kong to be the second vote all the townies got a large amount of trust in him and - for reasons unclear to me - there was never a moment of paranoia about whether mafia would vote mafia."

There was!! I was thinking on Dev being mafia for just that reason! I got paranoid there.. In the end i think Ragian coördinated the scum activity and he got caught off guard by the fast vote on Strike (coming in totaly unexpected at that point). That was the play anyway so could be im wrong but that is sure how it looked to me. That was also the way out of the scum swamp - because it sure looked like a scum sweep at a certain point =D> =D> =D> =D>
