I looked at the starting positions of both the assassin and target and it looks like Columbus is the best start with 25 assassins vs 17 targets and so 8 positive and the worst start being Mota with 24 assassins vs 31 targets and so -7.
There were also a few starts that did not manage to take out a different location these were calico Jack never took out Morgan 3 away anti clockwise, Hamlin failed to take Blauvault 3 away clockwise, Morgan failed to take Blauvault and Columbus

2 and 4 away clockwise and finally Mota didn't take Esquivel furthest away 4 away either direction

I also looked at where the assassin and target started in the turn order and not surprisingly going before your target is advantageous with 120 assassins going before there target compared to only 72 where the target went first

I.e if the assassin went 3rd and there target went 6th was better then if target went 1st and assassin went 5th etc.

Also as expected going 1st, 2nd or 3rd means your more likely to be able to go after your target first with 105 wins coming from those 3 positions

Being the target is more spread out ranging from 16 to 29 but think it would average out over enough games
