This will start as a 30-person tournament, but I may make adjustments based on demand for spots.

Settings will be escalating, chained, sunny for the 1 vs. 1 maps and for the multi-player maps.

30-round caps for all games.

A slight change to adjust to the sign-ups we got.
Three groups of 7 ... Top two finishers in each group will advance to the final stage along with the top scoring third-place player.

Maps ... All of the global/continental maps.
Classic, North American, South America, Africa, Europa, Far East, Australia and Antarctica.

Players will go through a 5-game round robin against each person in their pod, along with a 6-player multi game for each of the 8 maps.
We will plan to go with 3-4 games in a given week.
Hoping to get through each map in a 2-week period, so 16 total weeks before we move onto the final phase of the tourney.


Scoring:
FINALS.
5 pts for a 1 vs. 1 win
2 points if you lose but reach round 13+

5 points for winning the multi
2 points for each player you eliminate in the multi-map

3 points for a 1 vs. 1 win
1 point if you lose but reach round 13+

3 points for winning the multi
1 point for each player you eliminate in the multi-map.

Are we playing a best of 5 round robin on all 8 maps? so 5(number Games)*5(number of opponents)*8(number of maps) = 200 games

or are we playing a random selection against each other player so only 5(games) * 5(Players) = 25 games plus the 8 multi player ones?

Ohhh i understand now when you say best of 5 round robin you don't mean best of 5 really as that would be 5 games against each opponent per map is only a best of 1 round robin
