Re: The Thing Day 2
Whether I'm lynched or not, I'm sticking to the vig tonight part of the plan. My top choices right now would be Swang or Traf. Swang is too quiet. He got active earlier today but that was after he got called out for it on D1 and in the last few pages where attention has very much been elsewhere, he's gone silent again. Traf has been fairly passive scumhunting outside of OMGus towards Son!c. He has pushed forth plans for what to do after his lynch which does ring more town but the no vig part while defended is a position that makes sense for him as Recruiter when a fairly consistent suggestion has been that a Son!c lynch with town result would mean he'd be vigged. I'm a bit busy right now. Will try to post fuller reads later.

If you really think Strike is the vig, then why are you blindly following Rag instead of arguing why Swang, Charle, Votanic or myself (all initially mentioned by Rag) are better votes?SoN!c wrote:I do hope you vig the Thingstrike wolf wrote:Whether I'm lynched or not, I'm sticking to the vig tonight part of the plan. Re: The Thing Day 2
I went with the idea that Ragian could be the recruit like 30%... since nobody wanted to BT Traf i was thinking it would be a good second choice..but.. it was not...Extreme Ways wrote:Fucking up is a natural part of being town, only scum know who is scum.
And
These odds don't allow f*ck ups. D2 we need to hit the recruiter, D3 is extra time at best.
And this being my second game it is wise to follow a experienced player who bt negative.. hence the promise..

If Ragian was positive (recruit) it could trail back to the recruiter was my idea at the time.
But FUBAR instead

To be honest, I was baiting, but I don't have the stomach to do this overnight. Turning in now.
Would've loved if Swang or Charle had jumped onto this.

Re: The Thing Day 2
I find this post interesting. Charle isn't Mac or at least I'm pretty sure he's not Mac. This was before I asked DDS specifically about whether Mac would retain his vig powers. Charle, mind answering what made you believe that there was a chance that Mac would no longer have Vig powers?Charle wrote:yes, now it is going to get interesting. We need to vote for 2 people, one for the lynch and one for mac to burn tonight if he still have those powers.
I really looking forward to Ragian's post when he feels a bit better

Blargh. Didn't mean to post that quite yet. Was going to double check making sure that DDS hadn't already answered the vig question.

DDS did say the vigilante would lose his power if converted, ...but he didn't say if the vigilante had a limited number of vigs.strike wolf wrote:Blargh. Didn't mean to post that quite yet. Was going to double check making sure that DDS hadn't already answered the vig question.

Strike, I do not believe Mac no longer have Vig powers, I was just mentioning that there was a possibility, as we only went through one night though, not sure if he has those powers every night, it could be a once off, etc. I don't know.
I also still think the Vig is important tonight for town if possible, we should just all agree who it should be.
I would rather lynch Traf or Swang for now, they became very quiet again, but not Strike, rather BT Strike D3 or me for that matter. I will change my vote and go what town decides.

Exactly, and we also should not make it easy for the Thing to try and find Mac. Town really needs him IMHO.Votanic wrote:DDS did say the vigilante would lose his power if converted, ...strike wolf wrote:Blargh. Didn't mean to post that quite yet. Re: The Thing Day 2
Yes, both Swang and Traf went quiet. Traf never participated on any voting in the past except now with what looks like a personal issue with Sonic. Traf could be the Converter and maybe Swang the Converted, or vice versa?Ragian wrote:@Charle, why do you want to vote Swang? Only because he is quiet?
Re: The Thing Day 2
Okay, but Swang got the heat back onto me when the BT wagon was running out of steam. I wouldn't do that if I were the recruiter. However...the silence is baffling.

On Traf's side too. When you spend so much energy on defending yourself and are finally considered towny by some, why stop contributing?

Cause I said it was my last post for D2. But I also said I will answer questions if I don't find them stupid. So yeah I made my analysis have contributed way more than most here. But somehow people still say I am silent.Extreme Ways wrote:On Traf's side too. When you spend so much energy on defending yourself and are finally considered towny by some, why stop contributing?
Btw. I do think looking at the BT votes is a good idea Raf

I figured it was your last post addressing accusations/fingerpointing toward you. I assume your vote is staying where it is, then?TrafalgarLaw01 wrote:Cause I said it was my last post for D2.
