New ABC News/WaPo poll has the dwindling and fading Democratic Party bemoaning their coming extinction in the last election of history.

Head-to-head in a hypothetical November 2024 matchup, Trump has 51% support while Biden has 42% -- numerically up 3 points for Trump and down 2 points for Biden from an ABC/Post poll in February.

A poll 51-42 in favor of Trump over Biden and from that saxi says “the last election” and “extinction”? No wonder I mostly ignore saxi. He continues to post obfuscation, terrible conclusions, and exaggerations.

Saxi is really something. Republicans had encouraged RFK Jr to get in to run as a Democrat. When he finally decides to run as an Independent the Trump campaign and the RNC pivoted to attacking him as polls show his conspiracy theory campaign draws from Trump voters Saxi somehow doesn't get the word.

He also hasn't looked at the recent Trump speeches showing his increasing mental decline with bizarre attacks on Israel and he also warns Americans that "Hummus" is about to attack us. Guard those salad bars boys!

Trump Attacks Israel and Calls Them Weak: They "Let Us Down" —

Donald Trump attacked Israel during a bizarre and dangerous speech on Wednesday evening.

Trump, slurring his words, began by recounting the assassination of Iranian commander Qasem Soleimani, killed by an air strike during his administration, and complaining Israel was trying to take his credit.

• Trump called Hamas and Hezbollah "smart." "You know, Hezbollah is very smart,” Trump said. “They’re all very smart.” He contrasted them with Israelis, not smart.

• Trump calls Israel’s defense minister “this jerk” for warning Hezbollah not to attack Israel.

In 2017, Donald Trump admitted to sharing confidential intelligence provided to us by Israel about their operations and Mossad with Russia. There is much speculation about how much confidential intelligence information Trump or his son-in-law provided Saudi Arabia from his boxes of documents and how much got to Hamas.

Earlier speeches had him going off on how attractive his daughter is, how much more he would like to be electrocuted than eaten by a shark, and claiming that fictional serial killer Hannibal Lecter is a Trump fan, among other insane moments with often slurred speech. He forgets his place mid-sentence.

These moments keep getting more frequent and severe for Donald Trump. When will the media stop covering them up?

President Trump : "For decades the people of New Hampshire have been sold out, ripped off, and betrayed by the corrupt globalists...and it's never been worse than it is now under Crooked Joe Biden and, frankly, his boss: Barack Hussein Obama"

"Windmills are driving whales batty." Called for police to shoot shoplifters on sight. Immigrants are "poisoning the blood of our country"

Trump dementia. He is not rallying his base, he has lost his grasp of reality. Senior moments all the time.

saxi, a claim of "TDS" may be "cute and funny" to those you see face-to-face, but they do not answer the fundamental assertions of GaryD. He tries to claim that Trump is "losing it" mentally, since that is ONE of the MAIN criticism of President Biden.

I do not listen to most of what Trump says, so I cannot address his allegations about Trump and I sincerely hope that Trump does not win the Republican nomination for POTUS. Most of what Trump says is undisciplined, off-the-cuff ideas delivered in a stream of conscious manner, with lots of exaggeration and some obfuscation, too. I see no need to waste my time with these Trump ideas or speeches or declarations. I find Trump unfit for the Office of POTUS.

saxi, Trump is deranged and this is getting more and more apparent.

My comment was not provoked by your reminder of the candidacy of someone running for president with no chance and who is constitutionally unqualified.

Normally the one positive feature of authoritarian anti-democratic Fascists is order.

They make the trains run on time.

The Republican politicians aren't even good Fascists.

The Day for Republican Anarchy.

War in Israel. War in Ukraine. The federal government shutting down in 35 days. These are uncertain times.

But there is one eternal truth, one unwavering constant to steady us when all else is in flux: Every time the House Republican majority tries to govern, it’s guaranteed to turn into a goat rodeo.

Trump Winning Youth Vote

Pollsters found Trump performing better than Biden among the youngest voters, leading the incumbent among 18-to-29-year-olds by about 2 points, 45.2 percent to 42.9 percent. The former president also leads among 30-to-39-year-olds by about 11 points, 49.6 percent to 38.5 percent.

Feels like Dems have been cheering the soon to be downfall of Trump for the last 6 years and outside of his election defeat nothing has actually panned out 100%. Stop counting your chickens before they hatch. You know what would have been alot better than having all these trials against trump for his various crimes? having congress officially disqualify him from running, and just couldn't get it done.

America as a country is going to hit new all time lows of self respect and decorum in 2024, this is a pretty easy prediction I'm willing to stick to.

He who has no faith.

Fulton County is moving forward! The trial will have witnesses with intimate knowledge of how Trump was going to steal the Georgia election.

Do I have faith in America not to elect Trump again? No, i really don't. I've seen this movie before. Legal proceedings are all kinda irrelevant if he gets elected. I guess I'm just a pessimist.

Latest poll: 4% of the country thinks January 6 is important, making it the second least important issue out of 25 possibilities right now. Democrats might as well be running on a platform of helping homeless aardvarks.

The SCOTUS seems to have given Democrats the political issue (abortion) needed to overcome many other issues in the 2023 elections.

Not really.

When I was a Libertarian we did polls on the subject. Libertarians split 60/40 on the issue the same as the general public.
