To be honest, I initiated the vote on Raz for two reasons: 1) I wanted him to participate. 2) I wanted to see who'd jump on this, admittedly, inadequate case. (It's seldomly a good idea to hunt deadweight. They rarely defend themselves.) I think one vote has stood out so far, but I need to deal with this first:

Yes absolutely! Im on Loose. Because im a superhero who needs to save town. Busting scum relying on my intellect is my job!. But if 5 or 6 of you guys say stop it i'll stop. No problem.

Loose being a 3rd party who needs to find a specific target (like the cop) is my idea. And his voting ability going from 0 to 2 after receiving 3 votes is something to check out. No?

DDS said he had a good idea about who Raz and his evil Doppelganger is. I can't see any reason why it would be bad for town if we find out? DDS can name his idea about "the evil twin" while not giving info on Raz?

I think Ragian may be throwing a Hail Mary to "war words" with Raz and take the 50/50 shot at lynching Raz over himself for the win. Or Raz himself is the evil doppelgänger and he's just spinning his role slightly to get an effective soft claim.

Also is it safe to assume that this doppelgänger is 3rd party then? I don't think a Mafia would have individually-aligned win condition and this doesn't seem like it can be Town.

1. There is someone whose win condition is to lynch Razor.

How i got it there are 2 twins, or better said 1 townie (raz) and an 1 evil "clone" doppleganger - and both know the identity of the other from the start. Its very unlikely the evil twin just wins. And even then, there's nothing implying as such.
