This is a League Format. Each League will have 10 Players. Every Season, 3 will be Promoted and 3 Relegated.
Finish 1st: You get Promoted 3 Leagues Finish 2nd: You Get Promoted 2 Leagues Finish 3rd: You Get Promoted 1 League Finish 4th to 7th: Remain in Current League Finish 8th: Get relegated 1 League Finish 9th: Get relegated 2 Leagues Finish Bottom: Get relegated 3 leagues
***Premier League will have 6 players relegated: Bottom Drops 3 Leagues, 8th and 9th Drop 2, 5th,6th and 7th Drop 1.
As a NEW SUPER LEAGUE PLAYER, you will start in one of the bottom 4 Leagues. This Tournament will run for years. You have plenty of time to work your way to the TOP!
LEAGUE GAMES:
- You play a HOME and AWAY Match versus every Opponent in your League. - So that is 18 Match Ups Per Season. - 4 Games per Match Up. - 2 Games on a HOME MAP + 2 Games on a Random Map

To start, for the highest placed INVINCIBLE in this Season. You have to go all the way down to Super League 20!
League 20 Average Rank: 1573 Runners: 10 LFAW, already completed 15/16 Match Ups. Currently 0-3 UP in his Final Match Up AWAY from Home. He is this Seasons highest placed INVINCIBLE! Ranked 2766 Pre-Season, he gets through an entire Super League Season un-scathed! Record, 54 Games WON, 10 Games LOST. Impressive!
After that, it's down to League 22 where we have a POTENTIAL INVINCIBLE. Although, if he stops bombarding Neutrals on that Spanish Armada Map (A BANNED Map that came up as one of his RANDOM Maps in his final Match Up), He will almost certainly become our final INVINCIBLE!
League 22 Average Rank: 1447 Runners: 9 traffic133, already completed 15/16 Match Ups. Currently 1-1 in his Final Match Up AWAY from Home. He will lose 1 and needs to win that Spanish Armada Game [Game]#22649155[/Game] I was talking about to DRAW his Final Match Up! He should do it though. A HUGE 10 Draws in 16 Match Ups cost Him a League Title to Boot. But he should become our 2nd INVINCIBLE and has secured himself a DOUBLE DUNT up to League 20 courtesy of an un-beaten Season. Record, 38 Games WON, 26 Games LOST. Congrats!
League 25 Average Rank: 1616 Runners: 10 middleton already completed 15/16 Match Ups. Currently 2-1 UP in his Final Match Up at HOME. 1st Season in The Super League. Enters with a Rank of 2407 in a Legue with an Average Rank of 1616. He SCUDS the League Title in Style and no matter where he plays, HOME Maps, AWAY Maps, he cannot be beaten in any Match Up! With a Record that will probably end 47 WINS and 17 Losses. He is a very worthy INVINCIBLE!
League 26 Average Rank: 1061 Runners: 10 And our final INVINCIBLE of the Season. kgbpizza, another new Player, SCUDS his 1st League Title while remaining un-beaten over the course of a Season. 10 Match Ups, 9 Wins and only 1 Draw. What a record! 33 Wins and only 7 Losses, in 2 Player RISK, that record is SCARY! Congrats KGB!
Plan for the end of this Season is. The last Days play of the Season will either be Monday the 28th August or Tuesday 29th. All remaining games will be closed off with predicted scores. The final standings will be drawn up, End of Season Awards Mail will go out, Anila8 will set up the next Season which will start on Monday 4th Sept.
Just the last few stragglers to finish their Games this Season. This Mail takes us up to 28/28 Champs announced, 4/4 Invincible Announced, 239 Season 15 Starting Spots Decided (S15 Setup Tab) and 10 New Players for Next Season. Just the 25 Players whose S15 fate will be decided by the Final Results Trickling in!
But, if they ain't trickled in by Monday, the Season will be closed with Predicted Results for Outstanding Games. So if you don't want any of your results predicted and you are still playing, start SCUDDING your Games PRONTO!
At the minute, there are only 26 Games Active, Most of them will be meaningless anyway, but for those that are not, 99% will already have been decided.
Expect the End of Season Mail on Monday, from then Anila8 and Ewebasher will set up the next Season in time for it to KICK OFF on Monday 4th September. Hopefully we should also have some new Graphics soon, softbelly is on it. A House Move has delayed our transition to the RISK Super League.

League 04 Average Rank: 2128 Runners: 8 elswick scores one for the ANZACS! 14 Match Ups, 21 Points, 1.5 PPMU and he won it by a whisker! The 1st Seed uckuki is back in 2nd place. He had to win his last Match Up 4-0 to win the Title. But, alas, he is 3-0 but in the 4th he is down to his last territory on Hive! So he ain't winning that one! So, 'The ANZAC' takes the Super Promotion up to League 1 and that puts him in striking distance of the Premier League. Will he be able to take the final step to the Big Time?, only time will tell.
League 06 Average Rank: 1910 Runners: 10 murphy16 has been going about his business very quietly! No Titles to his name, he crops up in Super League 06 and manages to SCUD a very closely contested contest! IT ended up 4 Players were all within 3 points of each other at the top. But with a PPMU of only 1.3125 it's Murph shooting up the Super Leagues to League 03! That'll probably mean a jump of 100 Points to the Average Players Rank, and probably will have an average across all players of +2000. Nobody said this was going to be easy Murph. Good Luck!
League 07 Average Rank: 1898 Runners: 9 Very funny. Buzz199 'Lightyear' Plays that HOME Map with the Space Ships.....All Your Base Are Belong To Us! And this Season, his HOME Map choice has propelled him to infinity and beyond!.....I'm writing this thinking, if my chat get's any worse I'm going to start sounding like Bilbo! Another close one. 4 Players all within 4 Points of each other again which is why the Title Race was dragged out before it was decided. But, this is Buzz's 3rd Title and the Biggest yet, League 07 is added to his League 12 and 15 Titles and it's onwards and upwards. He starts in League 04 next Season.

A Huge Congratulations to 'Alaka' Joshzam, our Season 14 CHAMPION of the SUPER LEAGUE! It's only his 2nd League Title in the entire History of the Super League, but what a 2nd Title it is. Simply put, the Super League is the hardest Tournament to win on all of CC. You need to grind your way to the top then beat most of the best 2 Player RISK Players on CC! We are around 120,000 Games completed in Super League History, making it around 8,500 Games Completed for every CHAMP we have ever had! No other RISK Tournament on CC requires 8,500 Games to be played to determine 1 CHAMP! So a HUGE congratulations again to Josh!
Commiserations have to go to our RUNNER UP though. 'The Devil' Devante ran joshzam very close, very close indeed! So close infact that they finished DEAD LEVEL on Points and Goal Difference. It took a Tie-Breaker to split them and 'The Devil' only lost this courtesy of him recording a lower number of 4-0 PUMPINGS! Very unlucky Devante!

The Super League Welcomes 10 New Players to the Super League, CC's largest ever CC Event with circa 120,000 Games played in it so far. They start their campaigns spread across the bottom 3 Leagues. 4 of them are ranked 2000+, I wonder if it's one of them who will emerge as a potential MONSTER of the Super League. The Championship Average Rank: 2260 Runners: 9 Prize: 180 Cr 'Lucky' luxbock plays to EQUAL the current Record of a 7 TIMER set by Avi8or and Clanlord Carl, Winning 1 League is tough, but winning 7 in a Row is EXCEPTIONAL! It should be noted though, that as EXCEPTIONAL a record this is......not one of these players has managed to win the Premier League......yet!
League 03 Average Rank: 2372 Runners: 9 For the 1st time ever, the Premier League was ALMOST not the Top Ranked League! ALMOST! League 03 is the 2nd Top Ranked League! With an Average Rank of 2372 across the 9 Players it falls only 38 Ranking Points behind the Premier! And, it does not even contain an Ex-Champ! Top Seed is greengo at 2972. He has never maged to hit his best form in the Super League. Ranked 2613, JJ41375 definitely falls into that bracket too! He has managed to get to League 03 and has never won a League! 3rd Highest is 'The Power' aaronvollrath, Ranked 2493, after a BLISTERING start to the Super League, has kinda went off the boil. Can he re-discover form here? Lots of superb players here who look like they can't do it against the very best................
League 07 Average Rank: 1875 Runners: 10 *Pixar* 'The Movie Maker' goes for his 6 TIMER in League 07! The player ranked 2397 will start as the Top Ranked Player in the League. Ranked 500 Points above the League Average some Bookmakers have him as low as the 2/1 FAV to scud a 10 Player League!

Finally, after what seemed to drag on for longer than the first day back at work after an extended holiday, only once over 8300 games have been decided can we declare our SL14 champion! This one has come right down to the final games of the Super League Premier Division. With four players within one win of taking the season. The fourth seed, “The Devil” Devante was absolutely pipped at the post with it being closer than FIFA World Cup USA women’s elimination match to Sweden (check out the video replay if you have no clue what I’m talking about here). The Magician from Florida who pulled a rabbit out of the hat! The Supreme Strategist. Everyone be up standing. Give a huge round applause to this seasons winner by a whisker (wins on time difference). Let’s all give a huge shout out for
“Alaka” joshzam
The other non-elimination spot is held onto by Devante, whilst ‘The Jet’ bigjumbo, “The Mouth” Clanlord Carl and “The Knife” maroshka851 all take a single league slide down to the Championship next season.
The “Lord of Your Ring” Bilbo1_oc has lost his special powers and gets handed his first ever demotion in Super League glory sliding down to League 1. Whilst one of our esteemed fighters, aad0906 has decided to bow out of the competition after reaching the Premier League glory, but would have been joining the hobbit in League 1.
The Moon Door, triple league demotion spot, and a trip back down to League 2 is left to weaselshane, who battled well, but ultimately failed to dent the competition in this, their third tilt at glory.
League 15, Average Rank:1805, 10 Runners Well after a gruelling season League 15 has been taken out by the fourth seed, “The Other Lord of Your Ring”, smegal69. Going through the season without losing on their home map in Prohibition Chicago has helped secure the win. Pushing him all the way to the finish was the first seed, anonymus, but alas they will fall one or two points short of glory but in a worthy second place. The other places can still jump around a little other than the final spot, where General Roy has dropped through the moon door.
That leaves three Leagues remaining to be called for Season 14.

Yip, you are on a REST SEASON July and August. So whichever League you end up in after this Season concludes. That is where you will re-start on the 4th August.

Firstly, on Super League. The concept, formulated after running most of the largest Tourneys on CC was to have an ongoing Tournament that allowed the best 2 Player RISK Players to rise to the top of the Tournament over time. And to give other players the challenge of improving to rise closer to the top. In order to allow this to happen, firstly, there had to be enough games in a Season to partly off set luck, but, the Season also had to be fast moving. Flat Rate was specifically chosen for that reason. As were the other game settings.
Auto - To maximise participation and speed of games. Seq - To maximise Participation. Adj - Requires more skill. Foggy - To make it more complicated to favor better players. Banned Maps - To insure the slowest Maps did not slow the Tourney down too much.
On Flat Rate versus Escalating. At the start of a 2 player game, ESC is actually more predictable. And that is actually a bad thing for the higher Ranked Player. It is the polar opposite of what you think.
In Flat Rate, the increased un-predictability of FR actually gives the Higher Ranked Player more opportunity to come back if going 2nd. While it still offers them the chance to build a lead at the start if going 1st to withstand the possibility that they will be unlucky on cards. And it is only a chance, on either thing. But the proof of this is in 13 Super League Seasons. Where, the best players have undoubtedly risen to the top to dominate the Tournament. And Good players who start late, cut their way through the lower Leagues very quickly. Undoubtedly, in ESC there would be a similar trend, however, read above, it would not be to the same extent.
Furthermore, at the end of every Season. Outcomes of games need to be predicted to an accurate level so that players finish in the position that their play deserves in the League. In ESC, towards the end of games, who has a set in the fewest number of cards dictates a huge number of outcomes and swings game outcomes dramatically. This makes it much harder to predict the outcome of games as accurately in FR, therefor could extend the length of 2 month Seasons. And also, the more luck involved with ESC spoils (at this stage in the game), detracts from what the Super League is set up to be.
ESC was trialed in the Cup. But, at the end of Rounds, it causes huge problems for swift completion to the Next Round. In FR, it is much easier to predict results of long games where the outcome is clear cut.
As such, FR versus ESC will not go to a Sep-Poll. Only things that go to a Sep-Poll are things which could improve the original concept of the Super League.
On that, we have also had a Poll on increasing the size of the Premier. I was for it, but, the players voted against it. So it didn't fly. The aim was to give Premier Players an equal chance of sustaining their position in the Premier. Currently circa 30% of players in most leagues get RELEGATED. In the Premier, it is always at least 60%!
I think the choices were 12 Player Premier, 14 Player Premier or No change - No Change won. Weaselshane's idea is dramatically different to that so maybe this has scope for another Sep-Poll? More input is required though before we go to the Polls!
