Mistakes in connections:
-In the XML Puerto Allegre connects to Muarito, but on the map it doesn't.
-In XML Ricota connects to Puerto Tranquillo, this should be Puerto Allegre.
-In XML Puerto Esperanze connects only to Santiago, not to other docks.
-In XML Solia connects to Puerto Modesto, on the map it doesn't

And the positives you are missing are the ones from all ports. it should be +2 in stead of -2. when you have all 12 these bonusses that can result indeed in a dramatic drop compared to what you should need. (you get -24 in stead of +24!!!!!).
The real problem was that I coded it - then DiM coded the co-ords - then the map got moved around a lot - and then I modified what I had - thus it must have got a bit skewed...
BTW Forza... there is an EDIT button?! I have a fixed version for the -2's instead of +2's and there is a fixed version for the ports not linking...
I will check your errors against what else is left...
