Multi or pushing is allowed?

Hello,
I am a new player, i have never played risk online before. Just with my friends.
I can see that someone is playing dirty in my game with 2 accounts or 2 friends pushing eachother.
Not just in my game in 7 other games also.
I just wanna ask if it is allowed?

No it isn't, there is 'multi hunters' mods here so report it to them. Your accusations seem unlikely but if you are sure .....

Thank you. Today a strange move happened again.
Game #20952567. Green had 18 troops at Novosibirsk, Red has Europe and he has 4 troop at Moscow. But Novosibirsk attacked my 3 troops at Yakutsk.
Pls no one mean that i am crying or something. I have other 3 games, and i have good position just in 1 game. In other 2 i played bad.
Here i played also good, but i found a cheater.
