Sing-ups are closed with 803 players and invites will be sent out shortly.
Still accepting reserves though, in case that I can find them replacement slot in spirit of seeded draw.
I am not posting bracket yet because there will be some no shows who then needs to be replaced.
For now, I am showing the play-in round matches manually.
However, who is curious about his bracket he can determine it by himself because the draw is fully seeded.
Pairings in play-in round will be 257 seed vs 768 seed, 258 seed vs 767 seed etc until 512 seed vs 513 seed. in total 4 games times 256 matches. Players among 769 to 803 seed will be used as replacement for some players from 257 seed to 768 seed who do not accept their invites, but if acceptance rate will be high and they cannot find a place for themselves then I will pair them with players seeded 256 and above.
shoop76, misteryforall and benga will help me to send 2048 invites (each of us will send 512 invites). Thanks to them for helping hands!

Yes I will put you in. You will likely receive game invitation soon when I see where can I put you in based on your score, but to still be fair to players who participated in the seeded draw.

Play in round invites actually started going out yesterday, so this has officially started. But for those who had a bye in round 1, it may still take a little while.

Since yesterday 364 games were made, of which 217 have already started. There is another about 700 games to be made in upcoming days.

Four volunteers Shoop76, misteryforall, benga and myself are creating these games. Thanks to them for stepping in and helping me.

In case of missed invites, I keep reinviting the original players, and if they do not accept invites by the next weekend then I will replace them with reserves. Currently there are 36 players on the reserve list, hopefully more will be signed up.

662 games have started and 362 games invites expired.

I reinvited these 362 games for the second time, and will do it once more tomorrow.

Some players told me that they are dropping from the tournament but I still reinvited them because I send invitations to all missing players instead by removing some on case by case basis. They can just decline invites.

On Thursday and Friday, I will start to replace players who didnt accept their invites with reserves.

After setting up the play-in round games to start, I will start other side events such as guessing end date of the tournament.
