(... and really not even)
but let’s pretend to agree with think the OP makes a coherent point.
Wait for the replies.
Yeah you're right, it's the rape victims' faults that Harvey Weinstein got away with raping women as long as he did. No one else among the hundreds of people he worked with who were well aware of his behaviour, or among the wide range of powerful people in Hollywood well aware of the 'casting couch' culture yet doing nothing to challenge it, had the same level of duty to take action as the women who would only have had to expose a humiliating experience inflicted on them to the global media and then accept Weinstein destroying their career in retaliation.what,me worry? wrote:Harvey Weinstein is a product of the industry
There are always Harveys around which are basically, Sith
We need more Jedis in the industry. Women need to stop watering the tree of future sexual crime as they try to pick career fruit
He had a reputation and maybe this heros should have done something earlier to save the future tree climbers
That's my I'm just saying post

Explain to me the definition of literallymrswdk wrote:I mean you literally started this thread and have continued to post in it purely because you want to push your point that 'Harvey's bad but it's also the fault of the women he attacked'.
You used the wrong form of "were" when telling mrswdk to be more educated.what,me worry? wrote:mrswdk wrote:Yeah you're right, it's the rape victims' faults that Harvey Weinstein got away with raping women as long as he did. Extremism. You're using the sword of extremism to invalidate my point.
If you we're an educated, honest individual, you'd realize that it's common in law was well as, mediation to assign percentage of the blame as we are emotional creatures.
So when I say that Selma Hyek isn't a hero, I mean it. See something, say something. This is called gross negligence on the part of the Sisterhood of the Traveling Career Women.
I stand by my statement, Harvey is a predator. I would make the same case for people not reporting Jack the Ripper as he continued to murder. I would make the same case against the Jackson Family who knew of Michael's predatory inclinations.
The problem is accountability and reporting people. This is the problem because, within a problem there is a solution.
