In game "Email all Team Members"

Postby HitRed on Thu May 16, 2019 1:19 pm

Clans don't like mistakes. Before a turn is taken they like to make sure everyone is on the same page. A bad drop or fort could cost the game. I would like an "Email all team players" in the overview or chat section. Letting everyone know it was my turn now and need their input.

Currently it works like this.

I see it's my turn, open the game, view what's going on, copy the game number, remember all the players names correctly, click on Inbox, create an email, click or write in names, drop game name in the subject, and drop in the game number in the writing section. Real old school for 2019.

A single button could do all of this. Faster and more accurate communication. Helpful in all team games and Clan games.

Just to be clear it would just email the team players in the game. Not the whole Clan.

There is a PM all team members script already. Would be nice to build into the site though.

Team PM is great. Use it all the time and still works flawlessly. :)

The team PM script does not work to my knowledge on mobile phones. I would support this being implemented if it would allow me to send team pm messages from my mobile device.

I remember at one point snap shots were completed through scripts and then it was integrated into the site later which made it easier to view on mobile phones.

Webmaster is agreeing this to be a good suggestion and added it to his list, however the Team PM script seems to be far more complicated to add into the mobile platform.

Speaking about this, did you guys know about the mission profile button? While in the game and under the "overview" tab, at the bottom there is a button/link called mission profile, that pop up window has "PM" and/or "E" under each player who allowed to receive PM and/or email. Just making sure ;) I'm guessing this is where a possible team-mate PM would be added.

This is seeing to be tough to implement on mobile platform from webmaster but if we can at least have the team mate of that game itself then it would be a big plus.
