We have an appeal system, tell Splash to check his email for instructions. But no, it won't help. Because he admitted to making a multiple account. And he says his parents won't give him US$20 for premium, and keeps saying that, as a kid, he doesn't have money.
I wonder when my mum will actually give me US$20 to get premium, even if I asked her a few months ago. I'm sure she's forgotten.
