ALL Games - Jamaica/Flate Rate/Chained/Fog - Assassin games -
20 total Players - Two Stages.
Stage 1: I will use random.org to place everyone in 4 divisions of 5 players each
Each division will play 5 Five-player games. Best of 5 games wins division. Winners from each division advance to finals. Ties will allow both players into the finals which means 4-8 players can get into the finals. A 5-way Tie will be decided by a 6th game for the division.
Stage 2: Scores carry over (excluding any tiebreaker game wins). 4-8 players will play 5 games. Best overall score after 5 games wins.
Any 3-way or more Tie will be decided by 1 assassin game. A 2 way Tie will be determined by 1v1 standard game with same settings.
All games in Stage 1 will have a "Secret Assassin"... I will designate 1 player from each game to be the "secret assassin"... It will be a different player in every game that way every player in every division has the "Secret Assassin" tag on them in one game. You will NOT know who the "Secret Assassin" is or what game you have are the "Secret Assassin".
Example:
Game 1: Players A,B,C,D,E... player A is Secret Assassin Game 2: Players A,B,C,D,E... player C is Secret Assassin Game 3: Players A,B,C,D,E... player E is Secret Assassin Game 4: Players A,B,C,D,E... player B is Secret Assassin Game 5: Players A,B,C,D,E... player D is Secret Assassin
In Game 1 Player E's target is player A and Player E wins the game by taking out Player A... Player E will earn 2 points towards the General Achievement award for taking out the "Secret Assassin"... if anyone else wins the game nobody gets the points unless the "Secret Assassin" wins the game. If the "Secret Assassin" wins the game, they will earn 3 points towards the General Achievement award. (Zero points if someone takes out your target for you)
Whoever gets the most points via "Secret Assassin" wins will win the General Achievement medal. If there is no clear winner after Stage 1 then the scores carry over into finals and the finals games will have a "Secret Assassin" in them as well. Any Ties 3-way or more will be decided by 1 assassin game. Any 2-way Ties will be decided by 1 standard 1v1 game with same settings
Since nobody can know who the "Secret Assassin" is in the games I will not be playing this tournament Thanks to all who do play! Hope you have fun
