I agree there is a distict advantage to going first on World 2.1... and because of the size of the map I think it would be better if there was another choice to play on. I agree with the people opposed to World 2.1. I think it's okay to change it now b/c most people didn't know we'd be playing 15 games all at once. And even if World isn't THAT long, 15 games of it will overdue it. I do my best to keep up with the game results so you are not required to do so. however, keeping up with 240 games is a bit tedious so I encourage you to post your results. links would be extremely helpful since I have to verify what you say anyway.
As world 2.1 goes, I can will do a revote with a few other random maps and let you guys decide.
As a note, I just wanted to make sure everyone understands that the future rounds will be broken into 3 segments.......meaning you will only be playing 5 games at a time instead of 15. hope this suits most of your needs.

Just to let you know the status of other players. I am making every attempt to find replacements for teams that either want to drop out or have neither joined games or contacted me. Because this is the first round and I don't want to deal with dead beating through the whole tournament, I am doing this with out point deductions for the first round provided the games start before they are timed out. individuals that I will attempt to replace on wed if I don't hear from them are:
