will the round robin be 1 set at a time, or will we play all the teams at once?
when are you hoping to start this?
can we add in reserves as we go, or do they need to be declared up front?

You will not be playing all the teams at once, it will be one at a time.

We're hoping to start in the next couple weeks, but because of the holidays, can wait until the first week in January if that's what everyone prefers.

Good question about the reserves. I personally don't see why not so long as they have not played for/been a reserve for another team at any time.
