Was going to say that clickable maps doesn't work with the new ff update; but for me it's greasemonkey. Other add-ons not working. Playing without clickies sucks.
Re: Script: Clickable Maps - Version 4.27
Disable Greasemonkey and Install Violentmonkey on new FireFox and add Clickable Maps to Violentmonkey. It will work.ViperOverLord wrote:Was going to say that clickable maps doesn't work with the new ff update; but for me it's greasemonkey. Other add-ons not working. Playing without clickies sucks.

Awesome. Thanks. You saved my cc life. I was going insane without clickies and even losing games due to it.ISN2 wrote:Disable Greasemonkey and Install Violentmonkey on new FireFox and add Clickable Maps to Violentmonkey. violentmonkey works great
Re: Script: Clickable Maps - Version 4.27
There's always the built-in clickies. I know you guys love your add-ons, but.....

I installed violentmonkey but can't find the clickable map you are talking about and don't see the map options like in the greasemonkey. What's up?

Clickies stopped working I guess with the latest update of FF. CC becomes pretty unplayable for me without working clickable maps.

Are you using Greasemonkey for Firefox or tampermonkey?ViperOverLord wrote:Clickies stopped working I guess with the latest update of FF. CC becomes pretty unplayable for me without working clickable maps.
If you are using Greasemonkey I would recommend switching to tampermonkey. As Greasemonkey did some rewrites that breaks old scripts. And tampermonkey works on most modern browsers.
But if you are using tampermonkey I guess ill have to look in to it.

Re: Script: Clickable Maps - Version 4.27
I was using greasemonkey. It was on violentmonkey til the fix came in, too. But I had that disabled after that. I just dl'd tampermonkey. But when I click on the link for clickies it says it's on violentmonkey and isn't adding on to tampermonkey as a user script.dgz345 wrote:Are you using Greasemonkey for Firefox or tampermonkey?ViperOverLord wrote:Clickies stopped working I guess with the latest update of FF. if you are able to see the code for clickable maps you could manually add it by clicking here then paste the code and save.ViperOverLord wrote:I was using greasemonkey. I don't think I did it quite how you said; but I was able to use the import function to get it working. So, that's good.dgz345 wrote:if you are able to see the code for clickable maps you could manually add it by clicking here then paste the code and save.ViperOverLord wrote:I was using greasemonkey. I just noticed TB is on my tool bar. I didn't see it b/c I was expecting to see a monkey icon like with greasemonkey and violentmonkey.

Re: Script: Clickable Maps - Version 4.27
If you're using the add-on clickies, and if you've recently updated Firefox, then that is correct. Firefox no longer supports Greasemonkey, which all the old add-ons ran in. None of them will work with a newer version of Firefox. You can still use the same add-ons using Chrome and Tampermonkey. Or you can switch to the built-in clickies.ViperOverLord wrote:What's going on now? My clickies gone again. All the monkeys say unsupported in firefox.

There was a bug with Firefox and certificates. all addons stopped working for firefox. (may 4th) addons should work in firefox again after updating.Dukasaur wrote: If you're using the add-on clickies, and if you've recently updated Firefox, then that is correct. And the scripts are not really tested with greasemonkey anymore so i cant say if it works or not. but all scritps are tested with an addon called tampermonkey that is available for all modern browsers instead of being firefox exclusive.

Are you still having an issue? If so, which portions of Maps don't work?Jdsizzleslice wrote:Are you using Tapermonkey?malabrosse wrote:clickable map does not work anymore since 3 or 4 days. I have version 4.27 on mozilla 108.0.1. It seems the work on feudal epc bt not on baltic.

Re: Script: Clickable Maps - Version 4.27
My youtube wasn't working on Firefox, so I was clearing cache and disabling add-ons and what not to try to get it working. Now my clickies aren't working. Any ideas? I don't see the in-built option any more. And when I tried to install clickies, it didn't seem to do anything. I think it's still installed, but I don't know where to go to see a list of user scripts installed.

Re: Script: Clickable Maps - Version 4.27
Got it working. Tempted to erase the note; but I'll leave it in case someone else has the same issue. I had Tampermonkey enabled and what not in settings (so it seemed to me anyhow). I clicked on Tampermonkey icon in the bar and it appeared enabled too. But when I clicked on enabled, the image showed and it really enabled. Re: Script: Clickable Maps - Version 4.27
Hard to explain but when using clickies at certain times it just stops working. I'll be attacking several territories in a move and sometimes won't allow me to attack clicking the map, I have to stop and use the drop down boxes and then for the next territory it may start working again. It's really making speed freestyle games more difficult when I suddenly stop in face of my opponent allowing them to get attackers advantage. I think it happens when it's a territory I previsouly occupied and lost to the opponent, when I try and attack it back it won't allow me to click on the map. Or possibly if it was a neutral territory that was taken by opponent, and I attack them after it won't allow me to click the map to attack, but not 100% sure.
In feudal 1v1 freestyle it never happens if I attack a bunch of neutrals, or if I attack opponet first. But if opponent has attacked neutrals and I then attack them on those regions it happens quite alot but not all the time, it's hard to explan.....has this happened to anyone else or any fixes?
I am using firefox and it happens both on Violentmonkey and Tampermonkey.
I was using Chrome but it doesn't work anymore. It shows the add on clickes on the left side and I can change the options etc but the site built in clickes overrides it when playing the game, not sure if there is a way to disable the site clickes?
edit: I've been trying to replicate it in bot games. And fairly certain it happens when opponent takes a territory from me, and when I try to take it back I can't click on the map. If I exit out the game and go back in it starts working again, but obvisouly can't do this in a speed freestyle game
