Randomized matching

* Suggestion Idea: Create a "AMM" Automated match-making system. Similar to war3's ladder system we can have the system match up players or teams based on their rank level.

* Specifics: arranges matches for people anomously by score and settings desired such as freestyle, sequential, and game mode. Maps can be arranged in a checkbox fashion in which map is preferred and it will randomize the maps that everyone prefers as their choice of map. Private games can still be the same as always in which you can choose who you want to battle and settings and such. This is meant only for public games.

* Why it is needed: This would prevent multis from joining the same games and without being on the same team as often. Provides an escalating difficulty the higher you go up in score because of the the kinds of opponents you face will be equivalent to your score level. Plus gives an incentive to buy premium service in case you want to organize games in which you can choose your own opponents, map type, game type and etc.

* Priority** (1-5): 1 May be a bit complicated to program for one person and i'm sure there are lots of other problems that need to e solved beforehand
