Just me, or is CC dying a slow, agonizing death? Especially in these forums?

Re: the longest thread, thread - Occasionally NSFW
So my Uncle Malc just died, not a complete shock, but unexpected. Not the first relative to go - when my Mum died last year, she was the last of her generation. And my Dad has lost a sister and three brother-in-laws already. They were all of an age it's not surprising to lose... but Malc was the youngest uncle, he didn't really feel like he was of an older generation than me at all. I remember when i was just a kid, he was still just "dating" my aunt Glenys. He used to lend me his comics.

Re: the longest thread, thread - Occasionally NSFW
Death claims us all. Am of the age where I no longer have grandparents. My late grandfather was the oldest of 11, only 4 of his 10 siblings are still shuffling around. My parents are retired, and have had health scares. RIP Malc, and let us always remember to mention the fallen, lest they be the forgotten.jonesthecurl wrote:So my Uncle Malc just died, not a complete shock, but unexpected.
